Our 4-Step Submission Guidelines
We have designed a simple, three-step process to guide you from manuscript preparation to publication.
1. Before you submit
Before submitting, please ensure you have checked all the following items. This will ensure a smooth peer-review process.

2. Ready to submit

- Your manuscript must be accurate and readable - Free Language Check
- Prepare all supporting files and a cover letter - Supporting Information
3. Deposit your dataset
- Deposit your research data in a recognized repository and get a DOI or URL. We recommend using the Harvard Dataverse, within the QOLAC Medicine dataverse - Data Availability Policy
4. Submit and promote
When you are ready, you can proceed to our online submission system. Please note that manuscripts may only be submitted by an author of the manuscript and not by a third party.

- If your article is accepted, our team will provide support to ensure your work gains maximum impact. We offer resources for Promoting Your Publication to the scientific community and beyond.
- Once submitted, your manuscript will undergo our standard evaluation. Learn more about how decisions are made - Peer-Review Policy
- Should your work not be a fit for this journal, you may be offered a Manuscript Transfer to a different journal in our network.
